Moksha Living

Moksha Living

MOKSHA [ mohk-shuh ] ; liberation ...transcend from the mundane into the extraordinary

keeping it real..

We can be our own worst enemies, holding ourselves back from greatness. Whether it's our inner dialogue, saying things like "you can't do that, that's not for you, you could embarrass yourself, what would they think, or what if I fail" or telling ourselves "remember when you put yourself out there and it didn't work out the way you wanted, why do it again?" or playing the comparison game, judgment about yourself based on what "others" are doing. This "talk" is our minds making us small, keeping us thinking we aren't capable of being the amazing shining beings that we are. The root of this is fear. I don't know about you, but I am tired of listening to the "I can't". I say "I CAN!" Ultimately, it's about love, about loving ourselves unconditionally.  Letting the light shine through... screw being small, Be Large! Love requires a leap of faith that doesn't guarantee a soft landing.....But you will never know height if you can't first jump.
